So, I turn 30 this year and decided it is time to get my act together and do all the things I've put off for the last 10years or so. I realised my 'too hard basket' was getting a little too full and it is time to tip it on its end and get creative, get inspired and get doing-it! So, as my first challenge to myself, I am finally publishing a Children's book on anti-bullying that I wrote 3 years ago. It is currently being illustrated, and I am sooooooo excited that I have decided to move forward with this. I am self publishing and self marketing so am putting the call out to anyone who knows anyone who knows anyone!!!! By that I mean I'm looking at different avenues to promote the Book and get it out there! I am launching it in April at the NCAB (National Centre Against Bullying) Conference in Melbourne and will also be donating a dollar from every book sold to the Enough Is Enough Foundation which deals with Bullying (schoolyard and workplace) as well as domestic violence and other forms of abuse. I will also be doing readings and promotion at local primary schools and basically just trying to get the word out as much as possible but if anyone has a contact they think may be interested in getting involved, please let me know as I'd love and appreciate as much support as possible!
